Monday was a hard day for the Buckley house. We got some news that shook up some of our plans quite a bit and it ended up being a long, draining day--especially for Chris. I thought Tuesday should start off differently so I made some French toast, stuck a pretty striped candle in it, and we ate in bed. It's nobody's birthday but I thought we could use a little bit of festivity. Sure enough, Tuesday was much better than Monday. Some days you just need a little bit of magic.
